Welcome to Maxed. These Terms of Use constitute an End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and MAXED INC ("Maxed," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Maxed application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Maxed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Maxed offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account on Android) at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions on Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
A subscription is required to access Maxed Pro features including AI-powered workout logging, personalized AI coaching, Crews & team training, the creator marketplace, body scan & physique analysis, and advanced progress analytics.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Maxed. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Maxed provides AI-generated workout suggestions, readiness scores, and coaching insights for informational purposes only. This is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk, and Maxed is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from following suggestions provided by the Service.
Maxed integrates with third-party services such as WHOOP, Garmin, and Oura. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.
All content, features, and functionality of Maxed (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Maxed and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of data you submit (workout logs, profile information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Maxed a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
